Use of the Client Portal (Theranest) All official patient intake, scheduling, telemedicine sessions, and secure messaging are conducted through our third-party electronic medical record (EMR) system, Theranest. When you click links to access the Client Portal, you are leaving our Site. Your use of the Theranest portal is subject to its own terms of use and our specific clinical Notice of Privacy Practices and informed consent agreements, which you will review and sign within that portal.
4. Third-Party Links and Community Partnerships Our Site contains links to third-party websites, including our community partner, SM GANT Ministries. These links are provided solely as a convenience and a community resource. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Any registration or interaction with SM GANT Ministries is strictly between you and that organization.
